  • Obsluha na recepci milá, příjemná, taktéž obsluha v restauraci.

  • Velký hluk z ulice, tramvaje, autobusy. Otřesy postele při projetí tramvaje. Uvažuje o možnosti zřízení klimatizace na pokoji, bylo by to vhodné.

  • SWnídaně velice nekvalitní a mylý výběr. Na př.párek byl rozvařený-nechutný-jako bláto Smažená vajíčka absolutně nechutná,dostal jserm z nich průjem.

Vážený pane Justra,
to nás velmi mrzí, spousta hostí si naše snídaně velmi pochvaluje.
V nabídce je čerstvé pečivo, cereálie, mléko, jogurt, máslo, jam, juice.
Dále servírujeme teplé nápoje a snídani dle výběru-oblžený talíř, vajíčka na různé způsoby, párek..

Věříme, že Vaše zdravotní problémy nebyly způsobeny naší kuchyní.
S pozdravem, recepce hotelu.
